Challenge
The existing dashboard was cluttered, with inconsistent typography and poor visibility into account balances and analytics. Users struggled to complete transactions quickly.
Approach
I conducted a heuristic audit, mapped user flows, and introduced a modular card layout for key financial insights. Using a minimalist color system and clear visual hierarchy, I improved readability and reduced friction in daily transactions.
