Challenge
Most wallets overwhelm first-time users with jargon and complex steps. We needed to design a friendly flow that explains key concepts like seed phrases without losing credibility.
Approach
I created an animated onboarding sequence using motion cues and microinteractions to guide users. The tone was conversational, and visuals simplified technical ideas like wallet recovery and gas fees.
Outcome
60% increase in onboarding completion
Users described the experience as “reassuring” and “simple to follow”
Established design patterns later used across the product ecosystem
